Does anyone know why the processing of fruit (such as canning, drying or making it into jelly) reduces the fiber content?
I have a jar organic raspberry fruit spread made with real raspberries (which is an excellent source of fiber with 8 grams per serving) and the label lists 0 fiber! What happened with it?
I think they use fruit juice for jellies and fruit for jam?
