What is a good cutting diet / routine … can someone make me a diet plan?
I just bought tuna steaks, swordfish, tilapia, protein wheat we found it's broke, go lean waffles and Ceriale a few liters of milk, brown rice, egg beaters, cheese sticks, about 12 pounds of whey, flank steak, sirloin steak, extra lean hamburgers, chicken, omega 3 butter, Gatorade (simple carbohydrates after training its approximately 28g), organic mozzerala sticks (oven things), made with extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin olive oil. and I bought some whole wheat / grain regardless of noodles and shrimp and I had protein chips (haha) and some met-rx big 100 protein bars can be make me a diet plan? im coming out of a bulk 9 months and I gained about 65 pounds on it and im going to fall 20 and hopefully be around 10% bodyfat and 175 pounds at 5ft3 but thats if I'm doing everything right … I need around 3k calories a day, I think when im coming out of 5k calories … I just got my income tax We found the money and bought it yesterday. IM starts tomorow
Go Low GI diet, not cut out carbs all Go Low GI carbs, carbs raise blood sugar, blood sugar activates release of insulin, insulin stores fat, you eat a bloody lot of food but this is the easy way to reduce that I know of. lose rice and replace it with barley and oats, you must add nuts and where are the veges and fruit, eat as many veges and fruit as you can and lose some meat, and where the hell you buy tilapea? in Australia is a pest and though it is killing our natural aquatic ecosystem, if we get caught with it in an esky we get a fine for having an illegal fish, although they know it has to be killed, some laws are so stupid, anyway you should stop thinking about carbo-loading protein structure of food and totally pig out on all fruits and vegetables you can get cut some proteins and go low GI, this will bring you back in balance.good health
