How many calories I eat today? is it bad what I ate?
breakfast-a cup of special k cereal with fat-free organic milk and a grande thin caramel latte at Starbucks snack – cup fat-free frozen chocolate yogurt lunch / dinner – a veggie burger on whole wheat bread with ketchup and mustard with waldorf salad and steamed broccoli with sweet and sour sauce snack – coffee with no milk French vanilla dry Creamer thanks:) im 15th a girl. I'm 5'9 and I weigh 112 m of 1200 calorie diet and I exercise almost every day
of my really rough estimate you had more than 1,000 calories. there is too little. I would like to tell you from my experience, PLEASE not fall into anorexia. I know you think of the typical anorexic who eat like 00-10 calories per day (and believe me, ive been there), but anorexia is not just about how little you eat, it is the whole thinking and preoccupation with weight control and security – desktop eating disorder clinics accept people who eat up to 1,600 calories a day!. please, if you feel you are at risk – you may be worried about eating less than 1000 calories, do not fall into it. it really stinks (and it is to make it easy) if you need to talk, my email (the one actually in control) is jovinelly@gmail.com and for all to read this and think I'm crazy + im taking this too seriously. im no. and you do not know what an eating disorder is.
